Help Jeff Overcome His Cancer Journey

I am raising money for my Nephew Jeff Henkel. He was diagnosed with a terminal cancer. He has been out of work since November 2023. He went in for surgery in February 2024 for his back /skin infection. Since his surgery he has been diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma, a very aggressive skin cancer that has spread and continues to spread. He has been in and out of the hospital multiple times and has had several surgeries with many complications to remove some of the cancer that was operable.

Jeff is currently getting immunotherapy treatment to control the spread of the cancer. The therapy is showing some small positive results, He has many more treatments and doctors appointments scheduled, and is unable to work. Jeff will have to make some very hard life changing decisions. He was told by his Oncologist, the cancer has spread to his hip bone, the only treatment is to remove his hip and leg. The team of doctors are trying to find an alternative treatment.

Due to not working, the household bills have been piling up. We are asking our friends and family for a helping hand at this difficult time.
