Help With Jeanie’s Medical Bills

My mother was diagnosed terminally ill and placed in hospice care in May of 2017. We were originally told she had only weeks to live, but being the warrior woman she is, she is alive and as sassy as always. A lot of that is due to the very thorough care hospice has provided her this past year.  Unfortunately, she has outlived the timeline in which hospice offers care to terminal patients. As of this month, hospice is no longer helping us care for our mother. Which means, as of this month, we don’t have the means to provide our mother with the medical care she desperately needs. Hospice provided everything, down to her hospital bed and toothbrushes. Not to mention the medications she needs to keep her fragile system pain free and properly functioning. Even with Medicare, those medications cost thousands of dollars out of pocket every month, which as a family we cannot afford. So we are reaching out for help, because our mother deserves to be comfortable and out of pain while she is still here with us.
