SV Class of 81- JayW

Jay has been out of work since December 23, 2016- nearly one year.  Jay has terrible neck, back and shoulder pain along with a servere anxiety/panic attack disorder caused by a cervical spone disorder.  He's also lost the use of his right arm.  This disorder has prvented Jay from being able to work as a eletrician.  Because of this, his home is in bankruptcy and is in danger of being foreclosed on.  Jay needs money to tie him over until some funding arrives.  Money to pay bills, housing, and for food, gas, etc.
