My name is Jason Martinez and I am 36 years old. I have a loving wife and two amazingly beautiful daughters ages four and six. Just a few days ago I was diagnosed with cancer of the liver, lungs, and colon; it is stage 4.
      I am a Christian and have accepted Jesus into my heart. I am not concerned for me, but I am terribly concerned about the wellbeing of my family. It breaks my heart to think of leaving them so soon; my girls are the world to me.
       Please pray for us and if you are able to, please consider making a monetary donation. I have always felt it my duty to take care of my family, but I feel helpless and heartbroken now that I can't. I have never asked anything of anyone for myself but I am humbly asking now for the wellbeing of my family.
      As of now we are financially unable to pay our bills; especially now with all of the added medical expenses. I have been working three jobs to provide for the family but now am unable to work any of them: no work=no money. In addition, I very recently changed jobs and am still in the probationary period so I am unable purchase any health insurance.
      My wife will also need assistance in finding work to continue to support the family, as well as emotional support to stay strong through such a trying time. Thank you in advance.
