UPDATE as of 11/22/22: 

I have had a procedure done to look at the mass on my pancreas, it is a cancerous Neuroendocrine tumor and will need to be removed via surgery soon. I have also had a surgery to remove my scarred fallopian tube, and an ovary that grew complex cysts very often. Recent imaging shows my entire lumbar spine is full of bulging discs, there is a small umbilical hernia, fluid in the left and right hip, and inflamed ligaments in the hip. 19 months in and still no root cause. We are working on getting me in to a facility like Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Hospital so they can run further tests and studies.

**Update as of 8/8/22 :

Met with my gynecologist after having my ultrasound today. We are moving forward with a laporoscopy to remove my left ovary and left scarred Fallopian tube. I am also currently waiting on getting two separate types of imaging, and one biopsy done. I can’t afford the copayment for these procedures and could use help. The depression that comes with being sick for so long with no answers is very real and very taxing on an already exhausted brain and body.

My story:

In April of 2021 my life took a big turn. It took three emergency room visits for the doctors to figure out some of the problems. I was finally admitted to the hospital in May of 2021. I was hospitalized for 4.5 days and my life hasn’t been the same since. I was diagnosed with quite a few things while at the hospital and have since been diagnosed with more. I have many imaging, therapy sessions, and different treatments and tests coming up that I need financial assistance with.

Ive already had to cancel and push appointments because I can’t afford my portion of the payment.

The hospital stay for last May with no insurance is $30,000, and that doesn’t include the ER visits where they missed diagnosing any of the issues.

I am barely making it work financially. Due to the level of pain I have a difficult time even working 30hours a week. We are barely making it by week to week.
