Janice's Breast Cancer Treatment

My sister has aggressive Stage 3 inflammatory breast cancer. It took doctors 2 months to find this rare type of cancer. The best place to treat this is MD Anderson Hospital in Texas. She lives in South Carolina while her extended family is in Michigan. She needs to be be seen as soon as possible .
