Hi, my name is June and I am asking for help for my daughter Jamie and her girlfriend Kristin. On Friday, their house went up in flames within 5 minutes at 5am. They had two minutes to grab their animals and run. The 1800sq foot home was completely engulfed in five minutes. Kristin thought Jamie wasn’t going to make it out because she ran in the dark basement to turn off the main power to the house. There was huge flames on then other side of their bedroom wall. Since it was 5am, they ran out in their pajamas and couldn’t grab anything. They have no food, clothes, socks, underwear, bras, toothbrushes, deodorant, shoes, soap, anything we take advantage of. They lost all of their clothes, shoes, food, any toiletries. Not to mention what we consider normal luxuries such as computers, watches, jewelry, family antique furniture. They ran out barefoot with the animals and ran. The side of Jamie’s truck almost melted. Our family is extremely independent, but they need help. Anything you can do to help them to get basic supplies like toothpaste or soap, food for their dogs is appreciated. Even shoes and underwear.
