Hello, 

My Name is Adrian Martinez and I am a colleague of Jim Mertes. I have been working with Jim for over two years now and we have became really close. For the past two years I have learned that Jim is the type of person that will give you the shirt off his back. He is the person that you can always go to when your in need of help. Jim is the parent that will always put his kids before his needs.  As he raises his two amazing kids, Jim is in need of help himself.  He needs a double hip replacement and would be out of work for minimum of 3 months. That would put him and his family in a extremly tough spot with money.
 
So I  am here to raise money for Jim, all money will go directly to him and his family. This will be the greatest gift that he can ever get.
