Jake's Next Journey
Jake's journey to lungs was a success. He had an amazing 6 months breathing "easy" with his new lungs. Unfortunately, Jake's battle with Cystic Fibrosis ended on January 27, 2015.
His family would like to honor him and send him on his next journey with a celebration of life on February 28th. They are asking for monetary gifts to help with funeral expenses. Anything helps.
Any money remaining after will be placed in a trust fund for his daughter's education.
