Let's Help Jake Pratt Go To College
Jake Pratt is Clemson Bound! Let's help with the biggest dream of his LIFE!
My brother, Jake Pratt, is a 19 year old football player from Vestavia Hills, Alabama who also happens to have Down Syndrome. Jake has had so many of his dreams come true during his senior year, including scoring a touchdown for his team and meeting many of his football heroes after the video of his touchdown went viral.

However, Jake's biggest dream for the past four years has been to attend college when he graduates. Jake has been accepted into the Clemson LIFE program and plans to begin classes in August, 2018, but tuition costs are extremely high (over $40,000 per year.) Jake wants to attend all 4 years of the program. While the cost is substantial, my family is dedicated to doing everything we can to make sure that Jake's college dreams come true. If you feel led to help Jake with his college expenses, Jake and our entire family would be grateful beyond words. Jake is extremely hard working and has the goal to be independent and live on his own in the future. The Clemson LIFE program will play a crucial role in helping Jake succeed. Thank you for your support!Jake's Family

Jake will live on campus in a dorm apartment and even attend classes with traditional Clemson students.
