Help Jag walk again!

My 1 yr old beloved cat Jag, my little cheetah just was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis aka "Perthes Disease". It's a very rare thing that happens with cats and it came upon my little Jaggy. He started limping the other day out of no where and now cannot jump, hold his balance, barely walk, and he is in pain. It's hard for him to go to the bathroom in the litter box as well. This is a disease that causes the hip joint to deteriorate and unless I can get him the surgery to fix this, he will never be the same again and never be able to play and run/walk especially with his best friend Dolly who is my other cat also his sister. The surgery is called FHO procedure where they remove the femoral head and neck of the bone. Scar tissue and natural muscles make up a "false joint" to replace what is removed. I don't have the $ for his surgery and I don't have any room on my carecredit card because of previous vet bills. I am doing everything I possibly can for him at this point. His hip/leg will quickly get worse as time goes on and I cannot bare to see my little guy this way. It's killing me and I am so upset. Please help Jag in any way if you can to get to his goal $$$ to get his surgery. He will be the happiest cat ever. He is sad he can't play with mommy and jump on the window sill anymore and look outside, can't jump on the bed, can't even put his paws on my leg when he knows I have treats. Jag wants to be an active happy cat again! Please support and help so I can get Jag the surgery he needs by February this year!!!! My cats are my life.
