The 2019 Cultured Pearls Cotillion provides Debutante scholarships for all participants. The Debutante earns 1/2 of what they raise toward their scholarship. 97% of the Debutantes presented to society have entered colleges and universities in pursuit of a baccalaureate degree.
I am aspiring to be a community focused, academically enriched leader in the community that will be a part of the change I want to see with young girls that suffer from low self esteem. This Debutante experience will help me prepare for my future by:
1, Learning social graces
2, Increasing my cultural acumen
3. Presenting me to society
4. Helping me raise money for academic scholarships that support young men and women attending colleges and universities.
