We are raising funds for Children with Autism.
Where are Your Funds Going?
100% of the funds will be going to the ABA Academy. There is no corporation, marketing fees, or directors taking a cut of your donation. 100% goes directly to local children who need our help.
LAST YEAR'S SUCCESS
In 2015 we raised over $3,900, which means we each did over 3,900 burpees. Kelli and I were thrilled and overwhelmed by the support we received, BUT that also meant many many burpees which was no small task. It was exhausting to say the least, and by the middle of the night Kelli's hands were raw, and my feet were burning. However, it was worth it in the end as we reached our goal. A year has passed and we're ready to go again!

Kelli Jaco and I will be doing burpees over 24 hours to raise money for this important cause. For every dollar raised, we will perform one burpee, and we're hoping to break last year's total.

We have challenged our friends, family, and clients to participate with us. They will also be raising money and doing their OWN burpees. BURPEE DEFINITION
One of the most loved or hated full body movements in exercise history. The basic motion starts from a standing position, then involves a squat or jump back into a push-up position facing and touching the floor. Thrust the body forward and jump up. Repeat. It is known as the “king of bodyweight exercises” as it works every muscle in the body simultaneously, requires no other equipment, and anyone can do it!
What the money will be used for?
The ABA Academy is completely non-profit, and the funds raised will go towards vital equipment, learning tools, and supplies. Here are some of the items on the school's WISH LIST:
Shoebox Tasks - $1,155
Squeeze Machine - $800
Smart Board - $5,000
Bus Rental for Field Trips - $1,000
Supplies - $5,000
Outdoor Play Equipment - $5,000
YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Most of you know it is very expensive to raise a child, estimated to be $245,000. Did you know the estimated cost of raising a child with autism is $1.4 million, and if they have intellectual disabilities it jumps to $2.4 million. So please help these children and their families get the vital services they need to succeed in life.
Don't think that a small donation isn't significant. If everyone donates a small amount we will reach our goal. ANY and ALL donations are greatly appreciated.
