♥♥ You never said I'm leaving, you never said goodbye
You were gone before we knew it, and we may never know why
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you , the day god called you home♥♥
Heaven has gained yet another angel at our expense. Jackie joins her parents Arnold & Kathy up above and leaves behind her only child, Isabella & her four younger siblings Edward, William, Janessa & Jared.
Earlier this week, Jackie was found her unresponsive in her bed. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital and they were able to bring her back and even get a healthy heart rate and blood pressure. After extensive testing and blood work they determined that she had suffered severe adverse reactions to an untreated thyroid condition. Jackie had previously dealt with thyroid storms after the birth of her daughter and was on and off thyroid medication over the last 20 years. It had progressively gotten worse these last few months but more serious than anyone ever knew. They did scans and an EEG and determined that she was sadly without oxygen for too long before she was found and declared her brain dead. Sitting on life support her family knew they needed to make a difficult decision and to carry out her wishes, [which was never to leave her on a machine that breathed for her and also to donate any viable organs to someone in need]. She fought these last few days to keep her organs alive, but sadly had to leave us today.
Anyone who knew Jackie would know that her family was her entire world but that her prize possession was her daughter Isabella. This little girl now has to go on without her mother, best friend and her biggest supporter. At only 17 years old Bella will be graduating high school this year and plans to go off to college in the fall.
We originally wanted to put together this fundraiser to help the Ferraro family (made up of primarily just her daughter and younger siblings) with the costs that go into arranging these services. So instead we hold this fundraiser so that we can all come together and raise money for Isabella's future. Without her having any parents to help guide her emotionally and financially through her next steps into adulthood, her remaining family want her to have this help and hopefully take a little weight off her shoulders in the days to come.
Let's come together and take care of Isabella the way that Jackie would do the same for all of you. Isabella may have lost her mother but she has just gained an army of angels that will look over her for eternity.
Every penny raised will be transferred into an account with Isabella's name on it. Any donation amount will be truly appreciated, and every cent will make a difference.
