Jack left us on November 17, 2017 but he will be with us forever in our hearts. Jack touched the heart of everyone who met him. His infectious smile, that little twinkle in his eyes acknowledging he was aware you were there.
Because Jack was born prematurely with Cerebral Palsy the family was never able to acquire life insurance. If Jack touched your heart as he did mine please make a donation to help the family pay for this precious angels funeral.
