Jack Samolyk - A fighter #cancersucks

Jack Samolyk is a fighter. He is a man full of strength and love. Jack was diagnosed with cancer 3 1/2 years ago. He never gave up hope and he was determined to fight cancer! He went through years of treatments and cancer trials and through it all he kept a positive, upbeat attitude because he was going to let nothing bring him down. Jack is an amazing husband, father, brother, son, friend, uncle, etc. He is loved by so many unconditionally. Unfortuantely, Jack was moved to hospice care on May 10, 2014. He is surrounded constantly by family and friends and his unbelievably strong wife, Rita. Funds raised on this site will help assist the family with Jack's funeral expenses and medical bills. We love you, Dad!
