This fund is to save a life. Born with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), a rare and "incurable" liver disease, this special person felt compelled to enter an important service career and found out during a physical for that career that he had PSC. He was unable to pass the physical and began using intense holistic medicine. That cleaned him up short term and allowed him to become established in his career, but soon manifested into debilitating Ulcerative Colitis. He then lost extreme weight, was bleeding consistently, ended up in the hospital multiple times and almost lost his life. He tried several modern medicine regiments for years, including a chemotherapy but the drugs did not help and in some cases deteriorated his body and liver even more. With discipline and diligence he was able to alter his diet and follow an intense holistic regimen and just limp along in his job and life. The “cure” for PSC is a liver transplant, but the medical community will not even consider putting him on the transplant list due to the Ulcerative Colitis, so there is no cure in current medical protocols. This is a young man with a wife and small child! Not willing to accept a death sentence he did infinite research and found a clinic out of the country that has a very high success rate with actually healing and correcting his diseases with stem cell infusion therapy. My son is the beneficiary for this campaign  He will be withdrawing the funds to pay for his upcoming medical treatments.  His first treatment is scheduled in early August at which time he must have $27K to cover the first round of expenses. A secondary same cost treatment is anticipated later and God willing, a third or fourth treatment will not be needed.
