While walking our three small leashed Yorkie furr babies on Friday April 29. 2023 two large running dogs attacked my family and killed my Gabby. A neighbor attempted to intervene and was seriously bitten. I am seeking assist for legal fee's for prosecution of the owner and attempt to create and present a Bill unto Law as "Gabby's Bill" to hold pet owners responsible for the actions of their pets and recklessness. Civil suit to follow immediately. Legal counsel found.
