On June 19th, 2018 my daughter and I lost the love of our life due to gun violence. He was shot and killed infront of my face then drove off and later crashed and died in my arms. During this traumatic experience we lost everything to add on to the pain. Jose had 3 cars. 2 of them that was owned, were given to his family and the other wasn’t on his name. The one that wasn’t on his name was the 2017 Black Honda Accord sport that he passed away in. In 2016 he bought 2 cars, an infinity & an Audi drop top. The infinity was his first car. His baby. The Audi was a gift for me and moonie to get around. We loved the Audi! I had the title to both cars. On sept of 2017 Jose asked me if I was okay with giving up the Audi so we can have a more safe car and it took a lot for me to finally agree with him. The only reason I said yes was because the Audi was old & started to need a lot more work on it from it randomly smoking. So for the safety of moonie we agreed to give it up as a down payment for the Honda. It was worth 2k. The person who’s name The Honda is on, also rented a room to us but he was evicted so we had to move out and lose our room and car, being he decided to stay with it because he said he needs it more then me and moonie. The only way He said I could have the car was if I took out a car on my name and switched cars with him so he can still have a car. When Jose was alive , we were the only ones driving and working with our car. We made the Payments. He took it because of his name being on it. Literally letting me and moonie Lose everything that had to do with Jose. All of our stuff is in storage and I have to pay 248 a month with no job because I don’t have my car anymore. I just want to be able to move around safely With moonie and not have to depend on others for a ride. That car was the only source of income I had, being I worked with it for my delivery job called grub hub. After Jose passed away I was still working and moonie was still in daycare, but Being that her day care was being threatened by the family of the murders along with myself being threatened not to go to court or speak , I had to take her out of daycare and move to a safe place far away. Anything you send will be going directly to the car for moonie & me. I made a cash app because I know go fund me charges people to donate but everyone is influencing me to still go through with go fund me, for the world wide supporters who can’t access cash app. Like I said on instagram, so much as one dollar is appreciated !
