I’M FUNDRAISINGGGGG

After many years of cooking at home, feeding crowds in my neighborhood and at desert campouts, dreaming up kitchen concepts and menus in the corners of my mind… I’m embarking on a creative journey that takes my food from my home out into the world.

The Project: Julia's After Midnight

A small vending cart that will be built (by me!) with wood materials, big sturdy wheels and neon lights, that I can tow with a tricycle bike. I will install rechargeable power banks and simple appliances for serving up my nourishing veggie scrap broth, noodles, and soups.

I’m building this as an art project to trial at a local camping music festival in May 2026, then hard launch for Burning Man in August 2026. This currently is a not-for-profit project.

I’m humbly asking for donations to build this artsy food cart. To turn the dinner parties in my apartment, the DM chats about recipes and techniques, the food deliveries to those in need, and the “come over I'm cooking” nights into a branch of life that I can extend, connecting more broadly with my creative community.
