Empowering Men and Women on the Move for Re-Entry Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded on November 1, 2011, serving Metro Atlanta. For more than a decade, we have supported individuals and families facing homelessness and re-entry after incarceration by providing structured supportive housing and wraparound services that promote stability, accountability, and long-term success.
We serve men, women, children, families, veterans, youth, and individuals impacted by substance use and mild behavioral health challenges—people who are often overlooked but determined to rebuild their lives.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a hand up from the past to the present and future, improving quality of life through supportive housing, re-entry services, and community-based support.

Why We’re Raising Funds
We are currently seeking donations to raise capital to purchase land and/or a building for a Supportive Housing Apartment Complex—a permanent solution for individuals and families working to rebuild their lives.
Our vision is a secure, environmentally sustainable, mixed-use supportive and affordable housing development with:
- Long-term housing units
- On-site services and case management
- Gated access and on-site security
- A centralized service center for residents
This project will allow us to expand our reach, reduce housing instability, and provide safe, dignified housing paired with the services necessary for lasting transformation.
How You Can Help
Every donation—no matter the size—helps move us closer to creating a place where people are not just housed, but supported, empowered, and restored.
Thank you for believing in second chances and helping us build pathways to stability and hope.
