Hi, just spoke with hospital, Ana is still stable no setbacks today.  Right side still not moving with physical therapy yet. Breathing is going steady with the tracheotomy for support.

UPDATE 4-6-21

Hi, good afternoon Ismael spoke with hospital.  Ana was downgraded from intensive care but, still in ICU protocols.  She has been opening her eyes and they are still testing for responses.  Small steps is a good sign. Thank you all for your donations, please keep this family in your thoughts  and please share this page. 

UPDATE 4-4-2021  Hi, just letting you know, the operation went well. So far no issues came up just monitoring her and her breathing strength.

UPDATE 4-1-21. I JUST RECEIVED AN UPDATE FROM Ismael Nieves he said: Ana is having surgery to remove the breathing tubes to see if this helps with her own breathing. Hopefully this let's her wake up sooner.  

Prayers are needed for our dear friend Ana Dacosta Nieves and her family. Ana is currently in Morristown Memorial Hospital due to a brain aneurysm.

Right now her husband Ismael can't work his full time job. Ismael will be staying home to take care of their two children Lillian (age 7) and Emily (age 6). Ana is an amazing wife, friend and mom.  Ana put her career on hold to  homeschool both girls.

I set up this go fund me page to help out with any financial burden they will endure during this time.
