Zakaat Applicable - Islamic student of knowledge with Cancer

Assalamu Alaikum,

My name is Arslan. I am a student of knowledge and was pursuing my Masters at Jami'at-ul-Imam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I am blessed with a wife and three children alhamdulillaah.

I initially made hijra from the UK to Pakistan before starting my studies in Saudi Arabia. During my studies, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This has been a challenging journey, especially as I have no means of income and rely on limited family support and the generosity of close friends. I underwent the first course of chemotherapy, but it was not successful, and the cancer returned.

Now, I am in Pakistan, where the doctors have advised me to undergo another course of chemotherapy. However, as everything is private here, I am struggling to find the funds necessary for my treatment.

I am appealing to you, my brothers and sisters, for help. Any assistance you can provide for the sake of Allah would be immensely appreciated.
