An Iron Man for Ukraine

On Sunday the 2nd October I will be in combat with my body and mind @ Barcelona Iron Man 2022 to send life-saving medical equipment to the front line in Ukraine; 2 miles swimming, 100 miles on the bike and a marathon to finish.
