My Name is Brandon, I was recently admitted into the hospital via the ER in early Dec 2021. l had to have emergency lifesaving surgery. The surgeries I received were a partial colectomy, colostomy, appendectomy and a lymphectomy. The initial diagnosis was chronic diverticulitis, which I had been battling for several years. These surgeries were required because of a large abcess and many small perforations that developed on my bowels and subsequently burst.
These had already been diagnosed and I had begun pharmaceutical treatment, I was released to work and I returned to work. Several hours in, near the end of my shift I was struck down in pain as this abcess burst and also opened these perforations. The ambulance took me from my work to Iredell Memorial Hopsital where these lifesaving procedures were performed. I was required to stay for over 2 weeks to begin recovery. Now, March 2022, several months later I am still unable to return to work due to unforseen complications and I will require further surgical procedures to move forward.

During my time in the Hospital my wifes mother passed away. She she had taken ill and was unable to recover after long stay in CMC Northeast. My wife is the only living relative and all expenses will fall to us as she had no insurance.
Insurance and disability will only cover a small percentage of my expenses during this time. Medical supplies, appliances and equipment are also not all covered, we need your prayers.
Anything helps. Everything is appreciated. Thanks so much for your generosity.
GOD BLESS!
