#Noah Strong: Together in his fight against Osteosarcoma

Donation protected
At the beginning of January, we learned something no family ever wants to hear again.

Noah’s cancer had returned.

A scan revealed two new tumors.

Noah is 19 years old.
He’s strong, determined, and the kind of person who keeps going no matter what’s in front of him.

He has already fought cancer once before—
and now, he’s being asked to fight again.

This time, it’s the same cancer he faced before—
a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer called giant cell-rich osteosarcoma.

His First Fight

When Noah was first diagnosed, his journey was long and incredibly difficult.

He went through 11 months of chemotherapy, followed by surgery.

At the time, his doctors were not yet aware that his cancer was the giant cell-rich subtype, and the response to treatment was not what they had hoped for—showing only about 40% tumor necrosis instead of the 90% target.

His team did everything they could to address it after surgery.

But shortly after completing treatment, another growth was discovered.

He went through radiation and another surgical resection.

And then… finally…
we had hope again.

From March 2023 to January 2026, Noah was cancer-free.

We were so close to the five-year mark.

The Recurrence

In January, everything changed.

Two new tumors appeared.

The plan was to move forward quickly:
Six intensive weeks of radiation, followed by surgery—with the hope of saving his left leg again.

But before treatment could begin, a new concern appeared.

A lymph node showed up on scans that didn’t look right.

Everything was paused.

What followed were weeks of waiting, testing, and a biopsy—trying to determine if the cancer had spread.

Finally, we received some relief:

The lymph node is believed to be reactive—likely responding to the tumors and the internal prosthetic from his first surgery.

Where We Are Now

We are now hoping to move forward again with radiation and surgery.

But in the meantime, the tumors are growing.

Noah can feel them.

We are holding onto hope that radiation and another limb salvage surgery will be enough.

But we are also facing the reality that
chemotherapy and even amputation have not been taken off the table.

Why We’re Raising Support

Right now, both Noah and I are on medical leave so I can be fully present with him through this.

Cancer doesn’t just impact health—it impacts everything.

This fundraiser is meant to give us stability during this time so that our focus can stay where it belongs:

On Noah.

Funds will help cover:
• Medical expenses, treatments, and medications
• Household expenses while we are unable to work
• Transportation to and from appointments
• Daily living costs during this time

This support allows us to make decisions based on what Noah needs—
not what we can afford.

Who Noah Is

Noah is a fighter.

He’s already proven that.

He shows up every day with strength, even when things are uncertain.

He keeps going.
He keeps pushing.
He keeps fighting.

This isn’t the path he planned—
but he is not backing down.

How You Can Help

If you feel led to support Noah:

• Donate, if you’re able
• Share his story
• Keep Noah in your prayers

Every share matters.
Every prayer matters.
Every bit of support helps carry us through this.

We are incredibly grateful for the love and support surrounding Noah.

We are holding onto hope.
We are choosing strength.
And we are walking this road—together.
