As many of you know. I recently, tragically lost my beloved Rain when she was hit by a car out on a walk.

Life hasn’t been the same without her and I have been struggling to adjust.

Rain was the most gentle and loving soul and she was my everything.

She won over the heart of everyone she met and will be heavily missed by us all at home and those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She has taken a huge long legged, Rain shaped hole with her that I will never be able to fill.

In light of what has happened I would like to do something in Rains honour.

I have created a little flash piece for her that can be seen on my tattoo page @solemn_rose

I will be offering this as is (no changes please) for £60 fixed rate. 100% of which will be donated to @kent_greyhound_rescue

I have followed this charity for a long time and after a lot of consideration, their love for the dogs they rescue and the care, consideration and compassion they show deserves some extra attention.

They are completely volunteer run and so I would like to raise money to help them, help other sighthounds like Rain live the best life possible.

If you don’t want to get tattooed but would like to make a donation in memory of Rain you can donate here. Any amount is more than enough and greatly appreciated.

Sleep well baby Rain ️ all my love x

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

We are all volunteers so all money raised really does go towards the helping the dogs in our care.

Most of our dogs come from Ireland, although they may have raced in the UK, some come from Spain and Romania. Our lurchers mainly come to us from the dog pounds. Most of the dogs have been uncared for and need medical attention.
