In Loving Memory of Iftekhar Ahmed

Iftekhar Ahmed was a loving husband and father who put his family first in all that he did. Unfortunately, Iftekhar tested positive with Covid-19 and was admitted to the hospital at the end of December 2020. On Monday, March 1, 2021, Iftekhar tragically lost his fight with Covid-19. He leaves behind his wife, Suzana, and their only child, Inaaya.
Iftekhar’s dream was to give Inaaya the best life and education. He always knew Chadwick would be in Inaaya’s future and often drove by the school when she was younger waiting until the day she became a Chadwick student. Iftekhar’s hopes came true this past year when Inaaya joined Chadwick as a 9th-grader. Iftekhar was always Inaaya’s biggest supporter, even contacting Chadwick after his hospitalization to make sure Inaaya was on track with school. He had a very close relationship with Inaaya who was the center of his world. While in the hospital, he would light up every time he was able to FaceTime her.
Suzana is thankful for all the love, support, and prayers their family has received from the community during these difficult times.
Transparency of funds
Since Iftekhar’s hospitalization, Suzana has not been able to work. She will continue to care for Inaaya at home while Inaaya attends classes remotely. Each dollar raised will go directly to Suzana and Inaaya. Funds will help cover any necessary costs associated with his passing, Inaaya’s school, and other educational needs.
