In loving memory of Felix Coles-Black
It is with immense heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected and tragic passing of Baby Felix Coles-Black. Baby Felix entered our lives on the 18th of November 2021, born to his loving parents, and dear friends of ours, Jasamine and Jayson. Felix was sadly taken away from this world far too soon, on December 6th 2021, survived by his parents and his big brother Benji. The suddenness and unexpectedness of his passing has shocked and devastated the family, and those around them, especially during this time of year.
As such, on behalf of their family and close friends, the medical, academic, and research community have come together to arrange this campaign to support the Coles-Black family during this time of grief. Financial oversight will be provided by The Australian Chinese Medical Association of Victoria (ACMAV). Many of you will know Jas as a past ACMAV committee member, a passionate young doctor, a talented researcher and PhD candidate. Jas and Jayson are friends to many who will mourn this tragic loss together with them.
All funds raised will be given to the family as financial support over the coming months, to cover funeral costs, and the choice of donation to a charity in Felix’ name as they see fit.
Please feel free to post a message of support the family along with your generosity, as Jasamine and Jayson will be accessing the site, and provide a means of communication, as both parents do not have active social accounts. Your messages of love will mean a lot to them and help provide vital strength and support throughout this most trying and difficult time in their lives.
