In memory of Sheila Houghton

Our mum went to the Senior Solutions group in Westhoughton every Tuesday afternoon for a number of years.   The volunteers who run the group are amazing and the work they do is needed even more during the coronavirus when many older people are at home shielding.  Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to our family. 

More information about Senior Solutions: Every person regardless of age, needs to feel valued, respected and that they have a place in their community. However, as people grow older, their health and confidence may deteriorate, and they then find it harder to go out, meet with friends, and enjoy life as they once did. At Senior Solutions we believe that as people age, they should be enabled, as far as possible, to live life to the full.
