In the early hours of Monday August 31st in Shepparton our beloved Sarah unexpectedly passed away in her home! The shock of this news has devastated her family, friends, co workers at GV Health!
She has left behind her Loving Fiancé Adam who she was madly in love with & couldn’t wait for the day she could call him her husband, and the most adorable little 2 year old boy Spencer!
Unfortunately due to some health conditions Sarah was unable to obtain Health insurance, this will have a big impact on Adam & Spencer financially!
Sarah was such an incredible mother, fiancé, friend, nurse & advocate for those in need!
Her huge bright smile & kind heart will be forever remembered & deeply missed!
