In Loving Memory of Lorenzo Lopez

Hi, My name Is Christian Lopez. I am raising money for his funeral. My father (Lorenzo Lopez) recently passed away.

My father was an amazing human being. He was a selfless loving Father and husband to my mother. He would go through great lengths to take care of his family. He always put everyone else's needs before himself. He never asked for anything in return except for kindness, loyalty and a joke.

He was tenacious in his career at GBC Construction, he was motivated to constantly learn and develop new skills. He loved working with his hands, using the heavy machinery, building houses, buildings and bridges. He never gave up and was always excited for his projects. He never believed in taking shortcuts, he believed that hard work would get you where you want to go.

Outside of work my father's hobbies included soccer, biking, surfing, traveling, sports, grilling, watching soccer, an avid weightlifter/bodybuilder, and most of all he loved spending time with my mother. They were each other's best friend. They were inseparable. He lived to take care of her. Her happiness is what brought him joy. Unfortunately he didn’t have the extra day to show us his surprise for my parents 42nd anniversary/my birthday party.

My dad’s death was sudden and I wanted to raise funds to help my mom with his funeral costs.

Hola, mi nombre es Christian López. Estoy recaudando dinero para su funeral. Mi padre (Lorenzo López) falleció recientemente.

Mi padre era un ser humano increíble. Fue un padre y esposo amoroso y desinteresado para mi madre. Haría todo lo posible para cuidar de su familia. Siempre antepuso las necesidades de los demás a las de él mismo. Nunca pidió nada a cambio excepto amabilidad, lealtad y una broma.

Fue tenaz en su carrera en GBC Construction, estaba motivado para aprender y desarrollar nuevas habilidades constantemente. Le encantaba trabajar con las manos, utilizar maquinaria pesada, construir casas, edificios y puentes. Nunca se rindió y siempre estuvo entusiasmado con sus proyectos. Nunca creyó en tomar atajos, creía que el trabajo duro te llevaría a donde quieres llegar.

Fuera del trabajo, los pasatiempos de mi padre incluían el fútbol, ​​andar en bicicleta, surfear, viajar, hacer deportes, hacer parrilladas, ver fútbol, ​​era un ávido levantador de pesas y culturista y, sobre todo, le encantaba pasar tiempo con mi madre. Eran el mejor amigo del otro. Eran inseparables. Vivía para cuidarla. Su felicidad es lo que le trajo alegría. Desafortunadamente no tuvo el día extra para mostrarnos su sorpresa para el 42 aniversario de mis padres/mi fiesta de cumpleaños.

La muerte de mi papá fue repentina y quería recaudar fondos para ayudar a mi mamá con los costos de su funeral.
