In Loving Memory of Kevin Dougherty

On April 29th, 2025, we lost someone truly irreplaceable—our dear friend Kevin Dougherty. His passing was sudden, heartbreaking, and far too soon. Kevin was a devoted husband to Michelle, a proud and adoring father to their 16-month-old son Aiden, and was joyfully anticipating the arrival of their baby girl, Lillian Mae, this September. His absence leaves a void that words can’t begin to fill.

Kevin wasn’t just a friend—he was a constant. A steady, joyful, compassionate presence in so many lives. He had a way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and instantly at ease. Whether through his laughter, his loyalty, or the simple kindness he offered so freely, Kevin had a rare and beautiful gift for lifting people up. His deep love for Michelle, Aiden, and Lillian radiated from him in everything he did. He was one of the good ones—the best ones—and we will miss him more than we can express.

The loss of Kevin is immeasurable. He was someone who simply cannot be replaced, and the impact he made will be felt forever. As we try to make sense of a world without him, we hold on tightly to the memories, the love, and the joy he gave so generously.

We’ve created this GoFundMe to support Michelle, Aiden, and Lillian as they face this unimaginable chapter. Funds raised will go toward daily needs, childcare, and whatever support can ease the burden on this beautiful young family as they navigate life without Kevin.

May 9th (Fri) 9-11am: additional Visitation hours at Stretch Funeral Home in Havertown, PA.

May 9th (Fri) 11am: Mass at Saint Denis Church (located next to the funeral home)
