In Loving Memory of Chris Stewart

Hey there, my name is Heather Stewart and I'm creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my father, Chris. On June 16th, 2022, Chris was diagnosed with lung cancer. On June 30th, 2022 we found out PET scan and MRI results showing that it's Stage 4 lung cancer, and has metastasized to his brain, liver, and bone. He was working with Fox Chase.

Chris grew up in a loving home with parents Jim and Carol, and older sister Laura. He is an uncle to Alicia and Shawn, and has been married to his high school sweetheart Cindy for 31 years. Our immediate, as well as "distant" family is a priority to us all, and we regularly try to see each other or stay in contact with social media. With that said, my father has no social media and is a very private person. I'm thankful he is welcome to the idea of this page and to accepting help.

Chris has never smoked a cigarette or marijuana in his entire 55 years of life, but here we are faced with the reality of a lung cancer diagnosis. Even with receiving this life altering news, my dad is still smiling, hopeful, and making jokes. Up until his last moments, he was there for his family and making the best of the situation. I intend to update this page, and it will NEVER be deleted for the updates my dad posted are beautiful and deserve to be preserved.
