️ Honoring Booboo: Supporting Angela in Her Time of Need

Dear Community,

On April 4th, 2024, we tragically lost a beloved soul, Lenell Truman, fondly known as Booboo to his nearest and dearest. Lenell's battle with mental health has been a long and arduous one, and his passing has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of his wife, Angela, his faithful companion Nightwolf, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Lenell was a beacon of joy, laughter, and friendship, and his absence will be felt deeply for years to come.

I've had the immense pleasure of calling Lenell my friend for two decades. Our bond forged at Verizon blossomed into a beautiful camaraderie, extending beyond the confines of work to our cherished tradition of Camp No Ma'am. Lenell's laughter echoed through the woods on our camping adventures, and the memories we shared will forever be etched in our hearts. Yet, Camp No Ma'am will never be the same without his infectious spirit.

Angela and Lenell built a life brimming with love and simplicity in Germantown, Maryland. However, the sudden loss of her life partner has left Angela grappling not only with immeasurable grief but also with overwhelming financial burdens. As a community, we have the opportunity to rally around Angela during this unfathomably difficult time.

I'm initiating this fundraiser to alleviate some of the financial strain weighing heavily on Angela's shoulders. Our collective contributions will go directly towards funeral expenses and other unforeseen costs associated with Lenell's passing.

Additionally, we aim to provide Angela with financial support to navigate the transition ahead, as Lenell played a significant role in their combined living expenses.

Angela is a remarkable woman, embodying resilience and unwavering support for Lenell throughout their nine years of marriage. Her selflessness and strength deserve to be honored and uplifted as she navigates this new chapter without her beloved partner by her side.
