Life Changed in Seconds Hit by Two Cars While Cycling

On the 2nd of May, I was riding my bike home when I was hit by two cars. I don’t remember the accident. I just woke up in hospital, confused and in pain.

Since then, I’ve had two major surgeries, and I’ve got more to come. I’m still in hospital and will be here for a while. It’s been one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, but I’m trying to stay positive and think about the future.

This fundraiser is something I wanted to do myself. I’ve been through a lot, and I wanted to create a space for people who’ve supported me to contribute if they’d like to. I know adaptations and medical needs will be taken care of by services but this is about giving myself a bit of independence, support, and motivation as I go through this difficult time.
