Hello, my name is Na’im Bashir, and I’m a UEFA Licensed Coach and the founder of Identity Hybrid—a company dedicated to shaping the future of soccer by developing top-tier athletes and providing them with the opportunities they deserve, both on and off the field.

We are thrilled to introduce Hybrid Football Club, the semi-professional extension of Identity Hybrid. Our mission is to integrate, develop, and educate emerging talent, especially from underserved communities in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. Through Hybrid FC, we will create pathways for players to earn collegiate Division 1 scholarships and secure national and international professional opportunities.

Over the years, I have personally mentored and developed players who have reached youth national teams, D-1 programs, and the professional ranks in both men’s and women’s soccer. Alongside a team of UEFA and professionally licensed coaches, we have cultivated an environment that provides elite training and instruction. We have the expertise, connections, and passion to make a difference—but we need you, our community, to help bring this vision to life.

✅ Develop the Hybrid FC brand, creating a lasting impact in the soccer world.

✅ Provide a training and development model that isn’t driven by capitalism, ensuring that financial barriers don’t prevent talented players from reaching their potential.

✅ Offer high-quality coaching from UEFA-certified professionals, giving less privileged players access to elite training.

✅ Create direct pathways for talented players to reach professional teams, opening doors that otherwise may remain closed.

✅ Expand European playing opportunities for U.S. athletes, bridging the gap between American and international soccer.

What Your Contributions Will Support

• Training Kits – $100 per player x 30 players = $2,800

• Field Permits – $190 per session, 2x per week for 20 weeks = $7,600

• Game Day Costs (field + ref) - $695 per game x 5 games = $3,475
