Help me beat CKD stage5

Hello, my name is Reginald Williamson II. I am not too sure what to put here because I'm not used to asking for help. I am a 32-year-old husband and father who recently encountered some unforeseen expenses. I am a diabetic and have been since I was an infant and recently got diagnosed with stage 5 CKD, which required me to have to leave work. Between healthcare procedures and everything else bills are really adding up. Im grateful for life and everyone who has stopped by to help supportme and my family. I'm not sure exactly how long dialysis will last or what to even look for, but I do know I'm in need of some assistance, if you feel it in your heart to donate or share i can't say thank you enough for your gesture of love.
