Hello. We are Niamh O’Reilly & Mark Stewart. We are fundraising to facilitate the relocation of the Hungry Crow chocolate production kitchen and shop into a new premises at 18 Casement Street, Clonakilty, West Cork, ROI. Our 10 year old business was made homeless last month when the property we were renting was sold. We are fundraising to cover the costs of:

(1) re-creating Niamh’s HSE spec chocolate production kitchen –

- HSE spec flooring

- Plumbing

- Electrical

- Temperature control

- Storage

that will afford Niamh the opportunity to continue to deliver on her reputation, established over the past 10 years, for innovation in chocolate deliciousness

And (2) to cover the costs of creating a new bijou Hungry Crow chocolate shop, including frontage, that will continue the Hungry Crow promise of affordable quality in an oasis of beauty, calm and welcome.

Hungry Crow is an ethical, independent family business. Niamh creates with Cacao by Casa Luker a South American Fair Trade company who reinvest in their farmers. Her signature product going on for 10 years now is an 85% cacao chocolate enrobed stuffed Fair Trade Palestinian Medjoul date. She is on the front line in the war against refined sugars and other food nasties.
