We’re taking the fight to cancer! Howie is a lifelong educator, coach, and avid sports fan. He's 50 years old and a devoted father and husband. Sonya and Howie have three children, Haley, Braedon and Natasha. On June 23, 2015 Howie went to a doctors appointment for shortness of breath. It was recommended he see a pulmonologist who diagnosed him with Valley Fever . His condition didn’t approve with weeks of treatment for valley fever. On August 13, 2015, he was re-admitted to the hospital for cough, shortness of breath and pain in his rib cage. After multiple scans and a biopsy, the results were quite a shock and words that no one want to hear. Howie was diagnosed stage 3B small cell lung cancer. He is beginning aggressive treatment and will start the fight of his life this week! Please keep Howie and the whole family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this time.

There are a lot of financial challenges in times like this so we are hoping to help Sonya and Howard with whatever we all can give! Any amount, great or small, will help Sonya and Howard fight this thing!
