Home Fire- Samaras Family

There is no actual goal.

Hello. Short version- This fund is set up by Jared and Leslie McCarroll for Jared's sister and brother-in law, the Samaras family (Greg, Meredith, Gavin-13, Evan-11 and Camden-8) who lost their home from fire while our 3 boys (Boston-13, Easton-11 and Harrison-9) were also staying the night. We set this up after multiple requests. Our family's greatly appreciate the kind words people have already given.

Detail- We know this is not the ideal time of year to be asking for help. Their house caught fire Thanksgiving night around 2am into Friday morning. They pretty much lost everything by either the fire itself or water/smoke damage. Meredith is the hero here, she was home alone with all 6 boys (ages 8,9,11,12,13 and 13)! She managed to get all of them out safe due to the fire alarms waking her. Both our families are in shock, the boys on both sides are traumatized and the family is devastated.

They are displaced from their home and trying to find some short term living arrangements. Currently they are with her parents, the McCarroll's.

The Samaras family is needing some of the essentials such as pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, etc., or even a gift card to Amazon, Walmart, fast food places, Kroger, etc. that would assist in some of their short term needs and their losses endured. Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated! You can contact Jared or Leslie is you are wanting to give a gift card or any physical items.

For those of those that asked to just donate we created this fund. All monies given will be given directly to their family. We/They are grateful for any and all help including just well wishes.
