I'm writing this on behalf of my daughter, Denise Hoppe. She passed away February 2 after a long struggle with Leukemia, at 55 years of age. We are raising money to assist her sons, William and Wesley, with funeral expenses and other financial needs at this time. She left behind two sons, one of whom was totally dependent on her.

 

She was a Mom, a friend, a volunteer at Frontier Days Festival in Arlington Heights. She grew up in Chicago until she moved to Arlington Heights at the age of 12. She raised her family in Arlington and was very active with her kids sports while they attended Rolling Meadows high school. She worked for the afterschool CAP program,  she was a park counselor for the Arlington Heights park district for many years,
