Hopeful Hallie. She's brave and she is fierce, and she can overcome any obstacle that comes her way.
Hallie was involved in a serious ATV accident over Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to a helmet and the many first responders and emergency personnel, Hallie is alive.
Hallie was taken by ambulance, but had to be air lifted by LifeFlight when her condition became more serious. Hallie stayed in Pediatric ICU for 4 days. During this time she underwent surgery to repair multiple facial and orbital fractures on the right side of her face. She was then moved to the Pediatric Floor for more recovery for 2 days.
This is where Hallie's journey begins. Her accident has left her with a severe concussion. Her vision and hearing are impared on her right side. She is in the process of seeing multiple doctors to help with her rehabilitation.
Hallie's postitive attitude and hopeful spirit are such blessings as she faces her recovery.
