My name is Serena, and I am the longtime girlfriend of my beloved partner, Jose David Urrutia. With heavy hearts, we share the unexpected passing of David on February 15, 2026. His loss has deeply impacted everyone who knew and loved him.

Jose David was a devoted father, a loving son, a caring brother, and a loyal partner. He is survived by his son Noah, myself, his parents, and his brother, along with many friends and extended family who cared for him deeply.

David’s humor, warmth, and love for life were truly special. He had a way of bringing people together, making others laugh, and reminding us to enjoy the moments that matter most. Above all else, David loved his son. The bond they shared was beautiful, and it was one of the greatest joys of my life to witness it. Noah was not only David’s pride and joy, but a child I came to love deeply and consider my stepson.

This GoFundMe was created to honor David’s legacy by bringing our community together to help cover funeral costs and to support Noah’s future college education. The funds raised will help ease immediate expenses while also being lovingly set aside for Noah’s college journey ahead. David would have loved seeing so many people come together to love on his son and support his future.
