Hi all,

As you may know, hockey is a huge part of my life, both playing and coaching the next generation.

It is with huge pride that I have been selected to represent Wales at over 40s Masters.

This will be at the Home Nations to be hosted in Aberdeen in May, and also, my first overseas major tournament at the World Cup in Rotterdam in July.

Hockey at this level is a self funded endeavour, requiring lots of expensive equipment, and also for the World Cup, accomodation and travel.

To assist with this I'm setting up this Go Fund Me to seek assistance with anything you can spare. I shall be donating a portion of the money raised to Prostate Cancer UK to aid in the important work that they do.

Without making it a freebie, I'll be attempting to climb the UK's national 3 peaks in full goalkeeper kit in June when the weather is safe to do so.

I'm honestly not sure if this has been attempted before (or if it is entirely sensible ).

I plan on starting local with Yr Wyddfa (Mt Snowdon) 1085m, then on to Scafell Pike 978m, finishing with Ben Nevis 1345m.

Unlike the 3 peaks challenge, I'll spread these over the course of a few days as I'll be self driving between each.
