The family of Davonty Craven is coming today with saddened hearts asking for help to bring our loved one home!!!
Davonty affectionately known as "Tay" was a young and vibrant 27 year old with a bright future ahead of him. Tay, a college graduate from Glendale College in AZ; was beginning his journey to become a professional basketball player for the NBA. His love and compassion for the youth led him a job at a group home working to inspire and uplift them. Davonty also volunteered with the children of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
On August 22, 2020, Davonty was found unresponsive in Phoenix, AZ where he was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support. Sadly, on August 28, 2020 he made his transition to be with the Lord!
We are asking for assistance to help his parents bring him back home to Cleveland, Ohio where he can be peacefully laid to rest. Due to this being so sudden; we understand these are hard and difficult times we are asking for any help even if it's just a prayer.
Smart, Humble, Happy, Intelligent, Inspiring, Loving and Caring are just a few of the words used to describe Pooh. He will be truly missed by all the lives he has touched during his short stay here. Gone but never forgotten, we love you Pooh!!!
Thank you in advance!
