Hillary Schultz's Recovery

Hillary completed a 12-month accelerated Bachelors degree in nursing in May 2017. To celebrate this monumental achievement, she took a trip to Peru with her sister and several friends. While there she suffered a major medical emergency, which is still unexplained, and required an emergency flight evacuation from Peru back to the United States.
In order to get her back, the cost for the hospitalization in Peru, as well as the air ambulance, had to be paid in full prior to departure. This was a substantial cost. After a two-week ICU stay, Hillary was moved to an intermediate care unit. Nearly one month later, she is still on dialysis and is finally turning the corner towards recovery. While she is expected to make a full recovery, the timeline is uncertain. This will significantly affect her ability to secure employment in her new career as a nurse.
We are seeking to help fund at least the costs of Hillary's emergency medical treatment and transportation, which included:
--$14, 000.00 cash to discharge her from the hospital in Peru
-- $59,000.00 cash for flight from Lima, Peru to Miami
--$17,000.00 for flight from Miami, FL to Madison, WI
Hillary is 25 years old and is from Antigo, WI. She is surrounded by a generous, loving, and supportive family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and one sister, Marissa. Both of her parents died in the last 3 years.
She is a dog lover and has one who misses her greatly, named, Reyna. After graduating high school, Hillary went to college at UW-Stevens Point and received a Bachelors degree in biochemistry, and then went on to nursing school through the accelerated program at UW-Oshkosh. She loves to travel and has been to Costa Rica, New York, Europe, and Peru, to name a few, and loves to be outdoors spending time with her dog, camping, hiking and gardening.
These funds are needed as soon as possible, as her family has contributed in cash, upfront in order to get her back the to states for treatment.
