“Our Mom Survived the Crash — Now She Needs Help to Survive the Recovery”
A Heartfelt Plea from Taitumn and Drake, Nicole Doucet’s Children
On August 7th, 2025, our world turned upside down.
Our mom, Nicole Doucet, was in a devastating motorcycle accident that nearly took her life. One moment, she was riding — and the next, she was being rushed to the hospital with injuries so severe, we didn’t know if she’d ever walk again.
She suffered multiple broken bones in her left leg, a deep laceration in her right calf, torn muscles, broken ribs, severe concussion syndrome, and whiplash. She had to undergo surgery to insert a titanium rod and continues to deal with complications and unbearable pain every day.
But by some miracle — she survived.
️ Our Mom Is Strong, But She’s Hurting
Our mom has always been the one who held us together. She’s the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back to someone in need, who always smiles through her pain, who shows up for everyone — even when no one shows up for her.
Now, she’s the one who needs help.
Since the accident, Mom hasn’t been able to work. The physical pain is constant, the emotional toll is heavy, and the financial strain has become overwhelming. Between medical bills, therapy, and daily living expenses, she’s fighting battles no one should have to face alone.
She’s trying so hard to stay strong — but we can see how tired she is.
