Help the Silva Guzman Family During a Time of Crisis

My name is Laura, and my dear friend since we were little kids in Santa Maria, Yvonne (Silva) Guzman woke up on March 19 like it was any other day, but on this day she had a headache. She ended up at the Emergency Room, where they did a CT scan, and that revealed Yvonne had two tumors on her brain and one on her lung… that started a swirl of activity as they prepared Yvonne to be transferred by ambulance to Stanford Medical Center. Since then, she has had Brain Surgery and has started radiation. There are lots of unanswered questions, such as what the biopsies will show.

Her Family wants to be by her side at Stanford. Of course they are very concerned, but doing their best to stay positive. With this kind of diagnosis, things change quickly and you never know what is coming next. Everyone is praying with all their hearts that Yvonne will be ok, and will get to come home soon. They need prayer, all the prayer they can get, and that is where you all come in. Please pray for Yvonne and for her whole family. Obviously, this is really scary stuff, so if you could pray for healing for Yvonne, and for strength and comfort for her loved ones, and for wisdom for her neurosurgeons and all medical professionals involved.
