Help us with a new start

Hello everyone, I'm here to ask for some much needed help. Many of you may not know what's been going on for the past few years, and I'll explain a little. On July 16th, 2024, I filed a restraining order on my fiance. He was ordered to move out and have no contact. I have been in a mentally abusive relationship. Alcohol has also played a huge role in abusive ways. He became angry, jealous, insecure, spiteful, toxic, and our relationship is irreparable. We went to couples counseling in 2022, but it didn't last before he started drinking heavily again.

My daily life with him was full of anxiety and fear. Sometimes hiding in my room and ignoring his harassing text messages that he would send one after another. He threatened that if I leave him, he would hurt me. He threatened to take our daughter. Being around someone who is constantly intoxicated and has no filter, no good intentions and is constantly angry and spiteful is so hard to live with. His tactics to scare me into staying became too much to ignore. Once he was served with the restraining order, he refused to leave our house. I had to call the sheriff to come out. I am also trying to gain sole physical custody of our daughter. He has refused to help with child support and refused to help with our bills at home. His only goal was to get drunk all day and all night. With him out of the house, everything is now my responsibility to pay. I currently have no income since I've been a stay at home mom.

Our rent is currently not paid for this month. I have had the opportunity to stay at home with my son since he was in first grade. I have homeschooled him ever since. I have no financial backup plan at this very moment or anyone I can turn to. My mom is here with me but is limited on social security. I am actively applying for nursing jobs and receptionist work that makes enough for me to afford to live here without a partner's income.

I am asking for help. I don't want to do this this way, but I have no choice. Until our court hearing in August, I need to support my children. Anything can help. I'm optimistic and trying my best to stay positive and keep the kids busy and happy while we transition without him here. Our rent is $2550. Without our house, we have no where to go.
